GOLF STORE DIRECT HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ME, I'VE BEEN PHONING FOR THE LAST 2 DAY'S ALSO FAXED AND E-MAILED ALSO BUT NO REPLY. SO IF YOU NEED A GOLF TROLLEY GO ELSE WHERE AND BUY ONE, AS THIS COMPANY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICES. YOU CAN GO ON THE WEB SITE AND BUY GOODS, BUT WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU CAN'T GET A ANSWER FROM PHONE, FAX OR E-MAIL, I'VE LEFT A MESSAGE FOR BBC WATCHDOG, IF WE ALL RANG WATCHDOG WE MITE GET A REPLY, SOGO ON AND RING THEM. GOOD LUCK

I agree with all the comments about this company. Do NOT buy from them. Customer service is horrible. 

 

The owner of the company is Mr. Glynn Dore of 173 Lytham Road, London SW2 5PY. The Company Secretary is Ms. Rosanne Sayers of 2B The Malins, Warwick CV34 6QU. The registered office is located at Unit 4, The Stable Yard, 16A Balham Hill, London SW12 9EB, which is the location for their accountants (Smarts Accountants Limited). 

 

All this information is publicly available via Companies House. I just want people to avoid doing business with any of these people/businesses.
