I bought a product from www.golfstoredirect.co.uk which took two months to come, was then faulty, im trying to get my money back, and they are telling me "Im Boring them" they dont answer your mails, and when they do, they say: Im Boring them!

please avoid this store!!!!

the product in question was a Golf trolley, i have threated them with legal action, but they are just laughing it off, please be aware of this site,.. www.golfstoredirect.co.uk

I will never use them again, and i have passed this info to all the golfers i know, and im still trying to get my money back now, and seeking legal advise

I agree with all the comments about this company. Do NOT buy from them. Customer service is horrible.

The owner of the company is Mr. Glynn Dore of 173 Lytham Road, London SW2 5PY. The Company Secretary is Ms. Rosanne Sayers of 2B The Malins, Warwick CV34 6QU. The registered office is located at Unit 4, The Stable Yard, 16A Balham Hill, London SW12 9EB, which is the location for their accountants (Smarts Accountants Limited).

All this information is publicly available via Companies House. I just want people to avoid doing business with any of these people/businesses.

Hi! I have to add the same experience - no answering to our emails and calls, golfstoredirect withdraw the monex but do not want to turn back.
