No after sales service

Golfstoredirect complaint by Lyn Robbins
I purchased an Utracaddy electric golf trolley from Golfstoredirect under 2 years ago.

It broke once and I was able to take the motor apart and fix it.

Now it is dead (battery is fine) but I need parts for my Ultracaddy golf trolley from Golfstoredirect to fix it now..

There is nobody else that supplies parts.

Everything is out of stock.

No answer to emails or phones.

They will process your order for a new product but if it goes wrong, you cannot get it fixed.

£149 for less than 2 years is not good.

I suggest you look elsewhere an check that you really CAN get spares.

Not recommended at all.

I agree with all the comments about this company. Do NOT buy from them. Customer service is horrible.

The owner of the company is Mr. Glynn Dore of 173 Lytham Road, London SW2 5PY. The Company Secretary is Ms. Rosanne Sayers of 2B The Malins, Warwick CV34 6QU. The registered office is located at Unit 4, The Stable Yard, 16A Balham Hill, London SW12 9EB, which is the location for their accountants (Smarts Accountants Limited).

All this information is publicly available via Companies House. I just want people to avoid doing business with any of these people/businesses.
