Purchase by debit card - no redress

Golfstoredirect complaint
www.Golfstoredirect.co.uk took my money by debit card 14 days ago for a golf trolley battery.

No goods have been delivered although they say "Next Day Delivery".

The bank cannot help as I paid by debit card.

There is no address on the website for golfstoredirect except an Email address to which I have sent 3 emails but they have not answered any of them.There is no telephone number either on the website so it appears they are hiding their contact details. I wonder why???

Are they bust I wonder or does anyone have any info about them please.

I agree with all the comments about this company. Do NOT buy from them. Customer service is horrible. 

 

The owner of the company is Mr. Glynn Dore of 173 Lytham Road, London SW2 5PY. The Company Secretary is Ms. Rosanne Sayers of 2B The Malins, Warwick CV34 6QU. The registered office is located at Unit 4, The Stable Yard, 16A Balham Hill, London SW12 9EB, which is the location for their accountants (Smarts Accountants Limited). 

 

All this information is publicly available via Companies House. I just want people to avoid doing business with any of these people/businesses.
